Unless special service is requested in the comments field of the shopping cart, we ship our smaller orders via US Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail. Our larger orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Your order will generally be shipped within 2-3 business days.
Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard through our online shopping cart. Please note that charges to your credit card will show up as originating from "Subservient Electron LLC," our parent company. If you need to pay by check or money order, please contact us. In no case will we ship an order before a check has cleared.
5% sales tax is charged on all orders shipped to Massachusetts.
Returns
You may return anything bought from Genasun for a period of two weeks from receipt. You *must* however, contact us first for return authorization in order for a credit to be issued.
Repairs
We service what we sell. Please contact us for cost-effective repairs.
Warranty
We stand by our products. Our Solar Charge Controllers carry a
limited lifetime warranty. This warranty covers any failures except
those caused by abuse or incorrect installation. Damage due to
reversed connections or water intrusion will not be covered under
warranty.
Our GL-105 lithium battery systems are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover decrease in battery capacity resulting from use, water damage to the controller, or water damage to the batteries caused by damage to, or improper use of the enclosure. Damage to batteries caused by immersion to a depth greater than 10cm or for longer than 1 hour will not be covered under this warranty. This warranty does not cover damage due to incorrect connections, operation outside of the rated conditions, or other abuse. In no event will Genasun or Subservient Electron LLC be held liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from product failure.
